Program participants are required to meet the following criteria:

·         For established Businesses, the minimum turnover for the business should be INR 5 Cores in the last financial year.

·         For entrepreneurial ventures, the company should be up and running with all registrations completed

·         Demonstrated work experience in family business or entrepreneurial venture.

·         Fluency in written and spoken English.

·         A strong drive to succeed and aspirations to establish oneself as a business leader.

PGM follows a rolling admissions process and participant applications are evaluated as soon as they are received
